Ovos com abacate / Eggs with Avocado
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbs. greek yoguhrt
- coriander
- salt
- pepper
- lime juice
- garlic
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes
- Cut in halfs all eggs and pull out the egg gem
- In food processor put all the ingredients excepte de eggs white
- Stuff the egg white in the avocado cream

This recipe is perfect for whom want to be healthy or just make better choices.All you need is whole wheat flour, flex seed flour, baking powder, eggs and milk (can chage it for milk substitute such as almond or soy - attention to label (no sugar please!)). Perfect for breakfast or just a snack you can add low fat yogurt and fruit such as kiwi, strawberry, apple sauce (homemade).
